These terms apply when you use caverochocolates.store (the "Site") or order from CÁVERO Chocolates ("CÁVERO", "we", "us"), including orders placed by WhatsApp or phone. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. About us

The Site and brand are operated by Cávero Chocolates, a partnership between Abdullah Mehdi and Mujtaba Ahmad, at 10 Street Number 7, Islamabad 45720, Pakistan. The brand was founded in 2026.

2. Orders

  • An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by WhatsApp, phone or email. For Cash on Delivery orders, we may call or message you to confirm before we start preparing.
  • We may decline or cancel an order (and refund any payment received), for example if a product is unavailable, a price or detail was shown in error, we can't deliver to the address, we can't reach you to confirm a COD order, or we suspect fraud.
  • You must give accurate contact and delivery details.
  • Orders placed on WhatsApp or by phone follow these same terms.
  • Larger or corporate orders may have separate terms, which we'll agree with you in writing.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Delivery charges are shown separately (see our Shipping Policy).
  • We accept bank transfer and Cash on Delivery (COD) only. For bank transfer, we start preparing once the payment is received.
  • If a COD parcel is refused without a valid reason, we may decline COD on future orders.
  • We may change prices at any time. Changes don't affect orders we've already confirmed.

4. Our products

  • Our chocolates are handmade from compound chocolate in Classic Milk and Rich Dark. Some flavours contain nuts (Nut Crunch) or wafers (Crispy Waffle).
  • Allergen warning: our products may contain milk, soy, nuts and gluten, and are made in a kitchen that handles these ingredients. If you have an allergy, please contact us before ordering.
  • Because each piece is handmade, colour, shape, size and finish may vary slightly from the photos. Product weights are approximate.
  • Packaging may differ from what's shown in photos.

5. Storage and enjoying your chocolates

Refrigerate your chocolates when they arrive, and keep them in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat. Once delivered, storing them properly is your responsibility. Our tip: for the ultimate indulgence, freeze for a minimum of 1 hour before enjoying.

6. Delivery, cancellations and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations (same day only) and problems with damaged, wrong or missing items are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Use of the Site

Don't misuse the Site: no attempts to hack, overload or disrupt it, scrape it, place fake or fraudulent orders, or post unlawful content. Offences involving computer systems and data may also fall under Pakistan's Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PECA).

8. Intellectual property

The CÁVERO name and logo, product names, photos, designs, text and other Site content belong to Cávero Chocolates or its licensors. Don't copy or use them commercially without our written permission.

9. Reviews and messages

If you send us reviews, photos or feedback, you allow us to use them (for example on our Site or social media) without payment. We won't publish your contact details without your permission. We may remove content that is offensive or unlawful.

10. Liability

  • We take care to describe our products accurately and to deliver them in good condition. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example courier delays, extreme weather, strikes or public holidays).
  • Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, or your rights under Pakistani consumer protection laws.

11. Third-party services

The Site runs on Shopify, and deliveries are handled by TCS. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on the Site when you place your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Islamabad, without prejudice to any right you have to approach a consumer court or authority under applicable consumer protection law.
